I.T. Support Tech

Description
Duties: This position is responsible for hardware/software support for all internal computer customers and analyzes customer requests through the I.T. Help Desk. Answer phone calls and resolves customer issues. Direct calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain precise call and resolution reports. Follow-up on outstanding customer issues until completion.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements: Associates degree in computer science or related field. Two or more years of direct Help Desk and/or technical trainer experience required. Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) preferred. , four or more years of Help Desk experience, preferred. Excellent oral, phone and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
