Duties:
Represent Prairie Meadows as first person to make guest contact. Maintains thorough knowledge of Racetrack and Casino operations. Provides exemplary customer service to all Prairie Meadows' guests to ensure overall satisfaction. Ensures that all Racetrack and Casino guests are greeted, identified and provided with Prairie Meadows' promotion/event details and brochures along with Prairie Gold Club membership information. Responsible for the presentation of merchandise, operating the cash register and assisting guests in the Gift Shop. Responsible for promoting the Prairie Gold Club program and benefits to all guests to generate Club memberships. Provides Club members with account information and available Club benefits. Assists with the execution of Prairie Meadows' promotions and special events. Processes Prairie Meadows' jackpot photos and advertising release forms.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements:
No experience required, but must be able to communicate professionally. Strong guest service & communication skills. Basic knowledge of cash register, ring up sales, balance register, handle cash accurately and dispense change. Highly motivated and comfortable working with the public. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn computer programs. Typing ability. Smoking environment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
