JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
Assists in the preparation and production of food items for the line and buffets. Assists in setting up, cleaning, sanitizing and closing of workstations and areas.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food preparation preferred.
Physical Capacities and Environmental Conditions: Long periods of standing and walking. Subject to hot equipment, hot oil and sharp objects. Exposure to wet floors. Lifting of up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 150 pounds. Ability to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
