The outgoing and service-oriented Foods Assistant Supervisor will have oversight of a food service area and report directly to the F&B Manager.
The supervisor will become familiar with all cooking and non-cooking duties in their food service area, spend a portion of their time cooking food, and collaborating with their assigned Culinary Team Member concerning preparation of food and recipe adherence.
They will have oversight of foods employees, including start and ending shift times, break times, discipline, adherence to park rules and policies, and confirming completion of all checklists.
Consultation with the F&B Manager will occur regarding team member scheduling, terminations, and disciplinary issues.

Prepares workstations with supplies, foods, and condiments Prepares proper quantities of food according to department standards and guest needs Follows recipes and procedures to prepare food Maintains service and hygienic practices Cooks utilizing ovens, fryers, broilers, griddles, mixers, and knives (age restrictions apply) Pre-portioning or individually packaging sauces, sandwiches, salads, and other items Operating a point-of-sale system Accurate handling of food related tickets, coupons, gift cards and fun money Reports hygienic or maintenance issues in a timely manner Properly handles, labels, stocks and stores products including chemicals and cleaning supplies (age restrictions apply) Protects guest belongings; turns in lost and found items immediately Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience Promptly notifies the security team or the manager of team member and guest injuries or emergencies Completes additional duties as assigned Education:
There are no minimum educational requirements.
Foods Supervisors must be at least 18 years old.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 season of experience in the Adventureland Foods Department or previous leadership experience required.
