Our ideal candidate will bring experience to our dynamic team and fulfill a key role in the execution of our new products along with our existing product lines.
You will work closely with our in-house product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams for a successful launch of our innovative products.
We are looking for a Sales/Marketing Associate who is:

Sales driven.
Customer Service Expert.
Work closely with key members to create a successful marketing plan.
Create, develop, and execute strategic plans to deliver new features, enhancements, or new products from concept to launch for maximum sale opportunities.
Conduct and own strategic Marketing for a successful launch.
(Website, brochures, videos and social media) Proactively manage a portfolio of products.
Evaluate market trends and competitive analysis to support marketing objectives.
Work with teams to ensure project objectives and timely completion of projects.
Analyze new product opportunities and review recommendations for management review.
Utilize presentation skills to provide category reviews and product updates to our leadership and customers.
Conduct research and analyze the market and competitive environment to identify customer wants, market gaps, and opportunities to create a differentiated product vision that delivers value across multiple platforms within our resources.
Own goals, roadmaps, priorities, education, rollouts, and communication for the team.
Ensure initiatives align with product goals and objectives.
Product expert and go-to-person for product questions, advice, and ideas.
Problem-solve existing challenges and anticipate potential future issues.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Participate in project planning meetings and activities.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications Strong relationship building skills that help to identify ways to solve customers' problems while generating revenue.
Strong communication skills; working with customers, marketing/social media savvy, making presentations.
Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing data and considering optimal solutions.
Great follow-through, committed to service delivery.
Solid computer skills, MS Office.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends at trade shows.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows as required.
